Can you convert a piece of jewellery into something else?
Yes! We have expert jewellers on hand who can carefully and thoughtfully convert antique and vintage jewellery into more wearable pieces.
We have converted brooches into pendants, pins into rings, rings into earrings and more. We work with you to maintain the integrity of the jewellery to create something beautiful and sympathetic to it's origin. You can see some examples of our conversion work on our Instagram page.
I saw an item of jewellery that I loved, but now it is sold. Can I get another one?
Our jewellery collection is full of fabulous unique pieces (it is one of the many reasons why we love antique and vintage jewellery!).
It is therefore unlikely we can find the exact same thing again. Having said that please do contact us and let us know which piece you liked and we can look out for something similar.
If you wanted to sign up to our newsletter you will be notified each month 5 days before we release our new additions.
We also take commissions to find you the perfect ring, pendant or bracelet if you are after something specific. Get in touch to let us know.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we use DHL and Fedex to ship all over the world. We only used secure and insured services. Read our shipping policy here.
Do you offer layaway?
Yes! We can offer you up to 12 weeks to pay for a piece of jewellery, go to our layaway page to find out more.

Is your jewellery certified?
All of our jewellery comes with an Wallden & Co, certificate. Some pieces come with accredited gem certification from a lab and if so, it will be clearly marked in the description. If a piece is not lab certified and you would like it to be,
we can apply for certification for you from a reputable London based organisation.
There is usually a small non-refundable cost to do this of approximately £50, but we will confirm for each order.
How is your jewellery packed?
Unless stated in the description, items are not necessarily sold in the pictured box. All jewellery will be sent in a smart Wallden & Co. jewellery box.

DESCRIPTIONS
We do our utmost to ensure our descriptions and images are as clear and accurate as possible and
if you need any further information we are always happy to provide it, where possible.
We do our absolute best to correctly date items, identify stones and their cuts, and give all known facts about our pieces.
Dating is not always an exact science, which is why some of our dates are "circa". Any mistakes or omissions are purely accidental.
Please note, with antique and vintage jewellery, it can be difficult to exactly measure stones without taking them out of their mounts.
With closed back pieces it's even harder. However, we use specialist tools which give us very close measurements,
but it is why our descriptions usually say stone sizes and measurements are approximate.
If you want your stones certified or measured in a different way, please get in touch by emailing: info@walldenandco.com.
Please take note of the measurements of a piece of jewellery. Items can sometimes look larger in close up photography,
or look a different size on different people.
