Diamond
Radiant, glittering, and simply stunning, these precious gems have always held a special
place in a girls heart. Known as the hardest material known to man, nothing can compare to their
structural magnificence. Sapphires were the traditional engagement ring until 1919 when Marcel
Tolkowsky introduced the first & Round Brilliant Cuts and forever changing the jewellery industry.
Since then, diamonds have been faceted to achieve optimum brilliance and sparkle. Countless
attempts have been made to replicate the 57 facet cut style, but none have truly succeeded.
Whether enhancing someone else's beauty or standing on its own in all its glory, a diamond is that
must have jewel that completes any look effortlessly.
Round
The classic and most popular shape is the Round diamond. The shape of this diamond represents eternal love. The round shape brings out the most brilliance and sparkle of all. Those who love this cut are usually traditional, trustworthy, honest, and love a classic style.

Pear
Also known as the teardrop or pendeloque cut—is unlike any other diamond cut. It's called a modified brilliant cut, one that blends the Marquise and oval cuts with one rounded end and a point on the other. Its signature silhouette is instantly recognised and much beloved.

Oval
An oval diamond symbolizes everlasting love, family, and new beginnings, all of the things that come to mind when we think of a new marriage. The diamond's oval shape is endless as the diamond's facets circulate for eternity. This type of cut has many other meanings, demonstrating its versatilit

Marquise
One of the largest crown surface areas of any diamond shape, making it a good choice when trying to maximize the perceived size of a diamond.

Baguette
Baguette diamonds can have straight edges in a perfect rectangle, or tapered edges that angle in. These are referred to as “straight” or “tapered” baguettes.
The corners are perfectly square, which is the biggest difference between baguettes and similar cuts, like the emerald cut.
Baguettes have 14 facets, much less than traditional diamond cuts, which will usually have more than 50. They are usually small, and thus often used as side stones for engagement rings, or for eternity rings or wedding rings.

Radiant
A relatively new diamond shape, the radiant cut was designed by Henry Grossbard in the late 1970s. He created a cutting technique that combined the best elements of emerald and round diamond shapes–allowing radiant diamonds to exhibit incredible brilliance and fire

Emerald
Synonymous with the mysterious underworld of Columbia, Emeralds can also originate
from Brazil to India or Pakistan. While today's society favors rich bluish green hues, some still consider the profound garden greens of old as superior.
Rarely flawless, emeralds are full of beautiful and interesting inclusions.
To enhance their beauty, it is a common and accepted practice to oil the stone.
Therefore, emeralds require a little more consideration and care than other gemstones.
