Welcome to Wallden & Co. We are a small business run by two jewellery enthusiasts, who have
45 years of Jewellery experience between them and are passionate about beautiful antique and
vintage jewellery. We are based in London, but our business is online, meaning we can sell to our
wonderful customers all over the world.
Educated at Guildhall in 1990 achieving a distinction HND in Jewellery and Silver smithing.
We started dealing in the antique trade over 35 years ago with stalls at the internationally famous
Portobello Road Markets and we travel all over the UK and internationally sourcing fine quality
pieces of jewellery. We wanted to share our passions of these antique treasures to a wider
audience which is how Wallden and Co. was born. We bring you a diverse range of vintage and
antique jewellery from across the eras.
Our view is that when you buy a new ring, as soon as you step out of the shop the value of that
rings drops. Our rings are an investment piece, we can demonstrate how the value of the
Gemstone and Metal in your piece of jewellery has increase over the years. Whatever you choose,
we are sure you will treasure it forever. That is because we believe antique jewellery is richer,
more interesting and more sustainable than new pieces. Every piece of jewellery is personally and
carefully sourced by us for its quality, individuality and style.

We appreciate that buying jewellery online can be daunting. Find out how we make it as
simple and safe as possible.

Why buy something brand new which will devalue as soon as you leave the shop. Our opinion is that buying something with history can be as much an excitement, as an investment.
SHOP WITH CONFIDENCE
1. We deliver all our jewellery on secure, insured tracked services.
2. We will accept returns and offer full refunds on our jewellery if you're not 100% happy with it,
within 21 days (as long as it's in its original condition of course!).
3. We offer free ring sizing on most rings
4. We aim to provide a personal, helpful service to all our customers. Get in touch to arrange a
call or ask a question.
5. We can offer you up to 12 weeks to pay, with no interest or fees. Read more about our delayed
gratification policy.
Delayed Gratification
If you really really really want one of our items (we get it!) but just cannot afford to pay for it all
at once, we offer a layaway/reservations service.

How does this work?
1. We will mark your chosen item as reserved upon receipt of a 25% non refundable deposit.
The 25% will be deducted from the total amount payable.
2. We agree with you a time frame to settle the rest of the purchase amount, usually between
8 - 12 weeks (dependant on the item value). We try to be as flexible as possible, so if you
tell us what you need, we will agree with you the layaway terms on a case by case basis.
3. Payment is then made over the following weeks and final payment must be made by the
agreed end date.
4. Once payment is complete the item will be shipped within 2-3working days.
Please note:
Items bought on layaway are returnable, but the deposit is non refundable.
If payment is not made within the agreed time frame, we will try to work with you to agree a
solution, but reserve the right to refund your money (bar the deposit) and re-list the item.

Gift Wrapping
If you’re shopping for friend or loved one, we can make your purchase even more
special by having it gift wrapped. For a small fee, your gift will be wrapped in luxury
paper and topped off with a beautiful bow.

HOW TO ORDER
From your online shopping basket, simply select gift wrapping for each item you’d
like wrapped and we’ll do the rest! If you would prefer to take a peek at your purchase before it’s wrapped, you can also choose
to have the gift wrapping
enclosed separately so you can wrap it at home.
