HOW TO MEASURE YOUR RING SIZE
The most accurate is to visit your nearest jeweller who can measure your finger exactly.
You can download and print the below Ring Sizer and use it to quickly work out your own, or your partner’s ring.
The best time of day to measure your ring size is in the evening, when your fingers are largest. Avoid measuring when you hands are cold, as fingers can be at least half a size smaller.

Refunds (if applicable)
Returns
Our policy lasts 21 days from the date of dispatch. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Items that have been customized for you (engraved, personalized or altered) cannot be returned, and the cost to certify gems cannot be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights. You can download our returns form here.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of earrings. This is for hygiene reasons and doesn't affect your statutory rights.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days.
Please Note: When processing your return, we may need to speak with you before we are able to complete the process. If we are unable to make contact with you within 14 days of approving the refund of your item(s), we will return it to the delivery address linked to the order.
Important Information: These items are not suitable to wear whilst gardening, washing/showering, playing sport etc. Foil-backed/closed backed items must not come into contact with water as this will cause discolouration. Many items offered for sale on this site are antiques in good condition and with careful treatment should remain that way. Our promise to replace the item or refund your money does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please use our Contact Us” form.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective. Because our items are one of a kind, it will not always be possible to replace with an exact replica. In the event of an item being defective or damaged, in the first instance we will take the item to be fixed by a jeweller approved by Wallden & Co. If the item cannot be mended, we will offer you another similar product or a store credit. If all the above procedures fail, we will offer a refund.
If you need an exchange please contact us using the form provided and send your item to the address provided in the returns email.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift certificate for the value of your returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to the original delivery address.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the order was shipped to the gift giver to give to you later, a refund will be issued to the gift givers original source of payment.

Shipping
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are unable to offer a refund for items that have not been received.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
